the event will take place from 3 p.m. to 8p.m. lunch will be provided at 630p.m. 730pm clean up! 745 our appreciation speech. The only setup that I feel is needed ..is using the only 3 available rooms and the outdoor space. each room will be a station manned by one TMC or 2 members. Let's get to know the future & share our past! Room 1 , headband game, pie in face, & mad lib 2) twister & uno 3)scrabble & jenga Outdoor -beach ball game Hacky sacks, hoop loops, volleyball Each rotates for 30 min.
