In preparation for our service project on the 13th of May, we are gathering people at Bill Ashley's house to help measure, mark, and cut and sort out the wood for our four building projects. Bill will pick up all the wood from Home Depot, and he will have the saws needed for the cutting, but in order to get this done quickly and efficiently we need people to help with everything else. 5-7 people is ideal, so that we can get the work done in a timely fashion. Beverages and snacks will be provided, and it looks like it will be a nice day out.

What To Wear
Anything you want as long as you don't mind getting saw dust everywhere.
What to Bring
Pencils, measuring tapes, and carpenters squares would be helpful, the more we have the quicker we can work. Please make sure they are marked so we don't get them mixed up.
Inclement Weather
Bill has a garage so we can work regardless of the weather
