Head Space and Timing - Respect

February 05, 2017

12:00 PM - 04:30 PM EST

Washington, DC Platoon

Event overview

Head Space and Timing is back! This social expedition series is focused on the Core Values of The Mission Continues. To kick off the year, we are going to honor Respect with a visit to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for a tour, and to watch a Changing of the Guard. Along the way, knowledge will be dropped by our very own Staff Sergeant Ruth Hanks, a current Guard at the Tomb. After, we are going to head to the SCULPTURE GARDEN ICE RINK for some skating! Don't worry, there are hand rails if you've never been before, plus a cafe next to the rink for some liquid courage and warmth. Skate rentals and fare will be covered! Kids are welcome to both! And if you can make the tour and not skating (or vice versa) please join us anyways! We will be gathering at the Visitors Center at Arlington National Cemetery at 12 sharp. Sculpture Garden Ice Rink Constitution Ave NW & 7th Street, Washington, DC 20408
