The best way to stay fit is to find something active that you truly enjoy doing, this leads to long term sustainable health and that is the goal with Reclaim Sports Academy (RSA). Every third week of every month this year, RSA will be hosting a free event for veterans and dependents to try new physical activities (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Pole Sports, Yoga, AcroYoga, etc etc) These monthly events will put one physical active hobby in rotation each month so veterans and dependents can find what is fun to them and stay fit. This month will be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), below is a brief description of BJJ; I like to call BJJ the "fountain of youth" because this Martial Art hosts a huge amount of healthy benefits for your body and mind, while being able to train in BJJ for pretty much your whole life. Besides the mountain of healthy benefits in BJJ, you also learn to defend yourself in a proven realistic way. These events are not just limited to Mission Continues members, we are teaming up with team RWB and WWP. Please tell any veterans and dependents whom might be interested so they can particpate and meet some great veteran support organizations
