We have been invited to attend the Coral Gables Museum Tuesday, October 18th from 6:30 to 8:30pm as they celebrate the NPS Centennial and Biscayne National Park’s 48th anniversary with a focus on the museum collections of NPS. We will have a table set up to inform peoppe about what we do as a Platoon as will other organizations from the community. We would love for you all to participate in this event to support our partnership with the National Parks. This is a social event with about a half hour of commentary starting at 7pm. Travel Lodge will have a tent and is sponsoring this event. There will be a bar and passed appetizers. Also, please RSVP to Cheryl Swaby at cswaby@npca.org asap so we have a proper number for our caterer. You are free to bring guests—we just need to know how many and will require their names.
