Event overview

In honor of the 3rd Annual Trails Day, The Mission Continues Brooklyn Platoon will be supporting the Harlem Valley Appalachian Trail Conservancy in doing some much needed repairs to the Appalachian Trail. Projects will include: puncheon repairs, fence stile reinforcement, posts installation, bench repair, and more! We'll be providing Metro North tickets for everyone attending so please make sure you RSVP. Metro North Trains stop at the Appalachian on the weekend and to get there in time for the project, you'll have to be a Grand Central by 7:30am. Travel info, project details, and more much will be emailed to everyone during the week of October 10th.

Warm clothes you don't mind getting dirty and clothes that you can also hike in. We also recommend some sturdy shoes.
