The Mission Continues, Phoenix 1st Platoon veterans and members of the community will come together as a team to revitalize Papago Park Ramadas 9 & 10. Effective leadership and team ethic are the focus as we help to re-establish a forgotten area where fishing, games, barbeques and fun are centrally located. Overall we are creating a veteran atmosphere of camaraderie in shared experiences while creating a legacy of community pride, action and service. Our creativity and ability to move as fast as we want makes this project exciting. So come on out and bring your best leadership approaches as we assist the city with an initiative to not only strengthen our community but also bring our veterans together. Veteran leadership for various teams will be organized to work on 4-5 different projects. So if you have experience in construction, carpentry, landscaping or exterior remodeling, your platoon is calling you to be a part of this amazing opportunity.
