Event overview

For October we will have three service projects in the Everglades building camping platforms for youth that utilize the camping grounds. The dates of the service projects will be Saturday October 1st, 8th and 15th. For this project we need members to attend ALL three dates in to participate. We will receive training on how to build the platforms during the first project and therefore need to stick with the same volunteers. Saturday Oct 1st meet up will be at 0700 SHARP at Shark Valley. Meet up for the other dates will be determined depending on how much work is completed on Day 1. Shark Valley 36000 SW 8 Street Miami, FL 33194 This will be a labor intensive project. We ask that children do not attend this project for safety purposes. Also please be aware of your own physical limits. Please remember that you must commit to all three dates and we need at least 15 volunteers. If you have any questions let us know. We need members to let us know if they can commit as soon as possible.
