Join us on Saturday, August 17th at Castillo Park as we volunteer at the Step Health Day and assist with other activities organized by Memorial Hermann. Step Healthy Day is a free family event in which participants will learn the benefits of exercise and how to choose healthy foods to maintain and improve their health. The program will also have the added benefit of teaching residents how to use the park grounds to facilitate greater utilization of community cohesion. We are seeking volunteers to assist us with our Farmers Market Set-Up, registrations, crowd control, and distribution. Orientation is held an hour prior to event start.
