Run As One 2019

The Mission Continues is proud to have our members joining our brothers and sisters of Team Red, White & Blue, and Team Rubicon, along with members of the Greater Seattle community and veteran supporters come together for a day of solidarity to showcase how exercise, community, and inclusivity combine to combat mental health challenges. Together, with our partner organizations and communities, we will demonstrate the power of relationships and physical activity in facing mental health challenges. It doesn't matter if you run fast or run slow, walk fast or just stroll, walk with your dogs or your dolls, We run as a team! Run As One!
