Volunteers are needed for setup beginning at 8:00 am! Volunteers are asked to help administer a couple of activities. Food, Crafts, Art, Dance, Live Music, Giveaways, and Entertainment! Don't miss this event celebrating the rich heritage of Independence Heights, the 1st African American municipality in Texas. Enjoy performances by local entertainers. Food truck vendors and local market place vendors will be on hand selling products.
