The Grand Opening Ceremony for the National Veterans Memorial and Museum is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 27, 2018. The Mission Continues has been invited to participate in this historic event and will march in with our flag and colors along with other Veterans Service Organizations. Location: Dorrian Green at 50 S. Belle St., adjacent to the National Veterans Memorial and Museum in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. Time: 2-3:30pm (look for an email with a specific time for arrival and formation) The National Veterans Memorial and Museum (NVMM) will be the only place where the stories of our veterans, their families and the Fallen – across all branches of service and all eras of conflict – will be told together. NVMM will bridge historical events to current concerns and strengthen understanding and respect between veterans and civilians. This cultural institution will stand as a place of inspiration for all visitors to come together as one people with a common bond and a shared pride in our veterans.
