Join Houston 1st and 4th Platoon as we come together for this joint platoon Harvey Relief Project. Here are the details: Start at 9am and will finish when the job is completed (if possible for those to stay longer or anyone that needs to leave please follow your availability) Phase 1: Move furniture out of the way so we can reinforce a 12 foot wall into a shear wall, install insulation in exterior walls and in that shear wall, hang sheetrock over all. Roughly 450sf of sheetrock, 400sf of insulation. To the extent possible, move furniture back into those two rooms. Phase 2: If we finish phase 1. Rebuild the back porch, currently used as laundry room. Needs new floor and walls. Phase 3: If we have time, energy, and manpower. Yard cleanup. Hope to see you all out there to support this effort.
