Hello ladies and supporters of The Mission Continues Newark and beyond! In honor of Women's History Month, the Newark Platoon is doing a service project at VFW Post 712 painting and reorganizing rooms. This VFW has a rich history in Newark's East Ward and was once a hub for returning veterans of the community. Now Post 712 is in dire need of a little bit of TLC and we want you to join us in service. This is an all Women's Service Project so the boys will have to sit this one out :( Lunch & refreshments will be provided.
