Breakthrough Urban Ministries Christmas Store Setup

December 09, 2017

10:00 AM - 02:00 PM CST

Chicago Platoon

Event overview

Breakthrough Urban Ministries is having a Christmas Store in mid-December, which will provide toys to needy families in exchange for service worked or at a greatly reduced cost. They need our help building shelves for these toys and with overall setup of the store and we're going to be there to help them in their worthy cause. The Mission Continues will provide shelving, labor, and tools to build the shelves and assist in any other way we can. Come join fellow veterans on December 9th and let's help make this holiday season a great one for deserving families who may not otherwise have one. Bring friends and family as there is no requirement to be a veteran to volunteer. Plus, free food and drink will be provided to those that participate. For more information, contact Frank De Rosa at fderosa@missioncontinues.org or (847) 409-2667. We look forward to seeing you there!
