Event overview

Join Denver 2nd platoon and give Aurora's VFW a new look. We will: 1 - Spray the ceiling of the basement with stuccko (approximately 120 x 60) 6 Volunteers 2. Paint 1/2 the walls in the basement (the other half has paneling) 6 Volunteers 2. Strip, pressure wash, and paint deck (approximately 20 x 40) 4 Volunteers 3. Strip and paint 2ea bathroom doors (one side) 2 Volunteers 4. Remove and replace existing lighting in the basement. VFW has there own Electrician that will be responsible for the wiring. 2 Volunteers 5. Identify Seniors/Youth task during project 6 Volunteers Equipment: Generator Paint Sprayer Pressure washer Brushes Dropcloths

What To Wear

TMC Shirt, old military pants, closed toed shoes. Also were layers if you expect to be working outside.

What to Bring

Positive Attitude and remember " Each Vet, Bring a Vet"

Inclement Weather

In the event of bad weather, we will only work inside.
