Home Depot remodel day

In partnership with Home Depot we will be be completing a home remodel for a Vietnam Vet who was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer earlier this year. Talking to our POC at Home Depot we found out that the vet and his wife were in the middle of adding an addition and doing a kitchen remodel to their home last winter when we was diagnosed with cancer and given 4 months to live. Needless to say the remodel was put on hold to focus on his health crisis and the addition was enclosed but not complete. Since he is literally living on borrowed time it's imperative that we get this remodel done before what might be his last holidays. For the project we will be laying down new flooring and carpet, putting in a new kitchen and painting the unfinished addition. Home Depot will be providing most of the labor but if you want to learn from the pros this is a good opportunity to do so. ***SInce this is someone's home please do not bring children to this event***
