Event overview

Trinity Cafe, a program of Feeding Tampa Bay, is a free, full service restaurant for those in need of a healthy meal. We restore a sense of dignity to lives turned bleak by the streets, poverty or need through nutritious meals and compassion. We will be serving along side them to serve these meals. The minimum age to volunteer at Trinity Cafe is 16 years old. Here are some important reminders to help you best prepare for your time with us:

We have altered our volunteer policies to align with new CDC guidance - allowing fully vaccinated individuals to no longer wear a mask, and recommending masks for non-vaccinated individuals or anyone who feels more comfortable with this layer of protection.

Attire: In consideration of your safety, volunteers MUST wear flat, closed-toe shoes. You should also avoid wearing tank tops; sleeveless or short-cut shirts (crop tops); and short-shorts. If these guidelines are not followed, volunteers will be asked to reschedule their shift.

Arrival time: Please arrive no earlier than 8am and no later than 10:30am for lunch. The Volunteer Captain will check you in, make assignments, and conduct orientation prior to service.

Community service hours accepted for school/work requirements ONLY. You must bring a form with the school/work logo on it to be signed the day you volunteer.
