Event Overview

New York City’s Central Park is the most visited urban park in the United States, with 40 million visitors in 2013 alone. It is one of the most iconic and celebrated parks in the City and Manhattan 1st Platoon along with the Central Park Conservancy is going to help keep it beautiful!! Central Park Conservancy promotes environmental stewardship and maintains the environmental health of Central Park. We will be helping to plant bulbs and raking leaves at the Columbus Circle landscapes. Our efforts are crucial to getting the bulbs in before the weather get too cold and to maintaining the the vitality and beauty of such are large park. We will be meeting at the lower loop inside the Park just North of Columbus Circle, a map will be sent upon RSVP along with a wavier. There will be a place to store personal belongings. Hope to see ya there!

What To Wear

Warm clothes and sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
