Hosting a Fundraiser
Make a real difference and raise funds to help injured veterans serve their country by serving their communities.
The Mission Continues fundraiser provides an opportunity to support our wounded and disabled military men and women in their service here at home.
The Mission Continues Benefits can be any fundraiser that you organize on behalf of The Mission Continues (TMC) and its wounded and disabled volunteers.
Fundraisers could include any of the following activities or other creative ways you can think of raising funds while having fun:
Trivia Nights
Dinners
Golf Tournaments
Happy Hours
Corporate Challenges
Sporting Events
Casino Nights
Individual Walk/Runs/Bike Rides
Group Walk/Runs/Bike Rides
Wine Tastings
Pancake Breakfasts
Texas Hold 'ems
To register a fundraiser so our Fellows can Continue their Mission contact Tony Bryan, Associate Director of Advancement at tbryan@missioncontinues.org. or go to our Host Your Own Event Page and follow the four steps.
Mission: Host
Plan a luncheon, dinner, or social hour and possibly even host a TMC speaker for your guests.
Eight or more guests will be served a meal or hors d'oeuvres, by the host(s) for a fee; and TMC will provide an expert speaker to provide information and answer questions about the current state of veterans returning home, and the tremendous source of knowledge, energy, and skill they provide.
Mission: Run
Empower other concerned citizens to help by organizing or participating in an individual challenge as they sponsor you.
Find a local run, bike, swim, triathlon, or other competitive activity and have other people sponsor your efforts through an online donation process. We will provide you the tools to make it happen. Then you run with it...literally. No runs in your area? No problem. Organize your own and have several runners get their own sponsors! (You can sign up here.)
Mission: Play
Organize a game, match, scrimmage, or tournament to get others involved for a patriotic cause while having fun.
Help our veterans by raising awareness and funds. Choose a sport and organize teams or individuals to compete. Teams can be comprised of your neighbors, co-workers, or an organization.
