As the Development Coordinator of Gift Processing and Data Management, Yin Minnis is responsible for variety of projects. Yin manages and analyzes all fundraising data and various kinds of donations and makes recommendations about development asks.  She also further builds out policies and procedures for the development team and assists with fundraising activities.

 Yin was born in Myanmar and her heritage is Chinese.  Prior to joining The Mission Continues, she was a special events program assistant at Webster University while she was pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Webster University and taking nonprofit management-continuing education at St. Louis Community College.  After her father passed away, she decided to dedicate her life to giving a sense of purpose back to people in the community.  Yin also has a big desire to help veterans.  She was a president of the International Student Association, and currently serves as a board member for Japan American Society of St. Louis.

Yin is genuinely happy living her life with her wonderful husband Jeff Minnis and sweetheart dog Romeo at their home in Ballwin.
